Participant Cancellation
Retreat registration reserves a limited space and requires advanced planning and financial commitments.
The Wolf Within retreat is an exclusive event with a limited number of spots. Cancellations made through January 4, 2027, will receive a full refund minus a $500 booking fee.
On or after January 5, 2027, there will be no refunds. We highly recommend having "cancel for any reason" travel insurance to cover any unexpected circumstances that may arise and prevent you from attending.
Please call 1-512-998-6150 or email kris@kristolman.com as soon as you know your plans are changing.
Facilitator Cancellation
We are adept at pivoting when roads or routes close due to unforeseeable circumstances, mostly weather related, but could include wildlife-related closures, construction delays, or emergency actions on the part of local law enforcement. We will plan on adjusting our day, and continuing with the tour in the event of closures, and discuss on a case-by-case basis. Such changes do not automatically entitle participants to a refund.
We know coming to Yellowstone is an investment, and want to serve you the best we can within the parameters of being in an enormous wilderness area.
If for some reason the facilitators cancel the retreat, a full refund will be issued or credit applied towards other services provided by either Kris Tolman LLC or Walking Shadow Ecology Tours of Yellowstone which will be decided upon a case by case basis.

Travel Responsibility
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own transportation to and from the retreat accommodations in Bozeman, MT and for purchasing a National Park Pass that is valid April 18-23, 2027.
All other transportation to retreat accommodations located in Gardiner, MT and other retreat experiences will be provided by Walking Shadow Ecology Tours of Yellowstone. More details will be provided along with a schedule of activities upon completing payment.
Kris Tolman LLC and Walking Shadow Ecology Tours of Yellowstone are not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, missed flights, or other travel-related expenses or losses incurred by participants. We strongly recommend travel insurance so you are covered in the case of unexpected cancellations or other unforeseeable circumstances.
